J.D. Fichtner

J.D. is the Assistant General Counsel for Digital and Payments at Citizens Bank. He leads the legal support for all digital and payments initiatives. He also leads the legal support for Citizens Access, Citizens online only digital bank. J.D. has spent over a decade advising financial services clients on legal and regulatory matters, primarily in the digital and technology space. Prior to joining Citizens, J.D. advised clients at Wells Fargo on a variety of technology, digital, and innovation matters. J.D. brings a progress focused approach to his work, offering practical advise that minimizes risk while still enabling his clients to meet their goals.
